We follow a strict no cancellation and no refund policy once an order is confirmed and processed.
- Orders cannot be cancelled after they are accepted and dispatched.
- No refunds will be provided once the order is successfully placed.
- Refunds are only applicable in case of:
- Damaged product received
- Wrong product delivered
- Lost shipment (verified by courier)
In such eligible cases, customers must contact us within 12 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof.
All approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
